What happens to my Mcom Moto account (order history, personal data, etc.)?

Your Mcom Moto account and data will not be transferred directly to Motoblouz. However, our Motoconseillers will be able to access your Mcom Moto order history and create your Motoblouz customer account for you.

Rest assured that Motoblouz fully complies with the General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data that came into force on May 25, 2018.

I have a Mcom Moto and Motoblouz account, what should I do?

As your Mcom Moto account is not transferred directly to Motoblouz, it is your Motoblouz account that will now be used for your specific orders and requests.

Your Mcom Moto account will be made inactive.

I have a pending order on Mcom Moto? How does it work?

Don't worry! Orders in progress at Mcom Moto will be honored. If your order requires it, we will contact you by phone or e-mail. Mcom Moto customer service remains available for you until Friday, July 28, 2018 7:00 pm. From Monday, July 30 9:30am, Motoblouz customer service will take over to support you and bring you satisfaction. No change for you: by dialing the Mcom Moto phone number, your call will be automatically transferred to Motoblouz customer service.

I have a return or after-sales service with Mcom Moto, how will it be handled?

Don't worry! Your request will be processed and followed through to completion by our teams. If your request requires it, we will contact you by phone or e-mail.

I have a return to make, or a request for after-sales service. How do I proceed?

Before Friday July 28, please contact Mcom Moto customer service on 03.20.97.89.68, who will register your request. If necessary, Motoblouz customer service will then take over the processing of your request.

From Monday July 30, Motoblouz customer service will be entirely at your service and available to process your request according to your expectations.

"Are my current Mcom Moto vouchers still valid?

As your Mcom Moto data is not transferred to Motoblouz, your vouchers and credit notes are not automatically credited to your new Motoblouz account. Rest assured, our Motoconseillers will always find the best solution for you!

I have a Mcom Moto coupon code, is it valid on Motoblouz?

Mcom Moto coupon codes will not work on Motoblouz. Nevertheless, Motoblouz always strives to offer the best prices, which is why you'll regularly find our coupon codes here.

It remains open, and in liquidation until July 28, 2018, it will reopen under the Motoblouz banner in the autumn.

Yes. The Motoblouz Shop in Seclin will continue to offer a range of used motorcycles, carefully selected, serviced and guaranteed!

Will you continue to service motorcycles?

Yes, we will continue to offer this service at the Seclin shop.
