Operation

The rollers act within the variator drum: under rotation, their mass generates a centrifugal force that drives the variator to its upper limit. The heavier the roller, the quicker the centrifugal force comes into play, lowering the shift RPM. Conversely, lighter rollers delay this shift and keep the engine at a higher RPM.

Adjustment and Use

This set is used as a technical spare part to adjust the behavior of the CVT transmission. By choosing the appropriate weight, the rider can adjust the timing of the RPM change and the scooter's acceleration without modifying other components.
