Features

WÖSSNER Forged Piston - Manufacturer Ref. 8226D050

Forged piston specifically developed for motocross, manufactured in Germany by WÖSSNER. Made from forged aluminum, it benefits from the mechanical properties of forging to better withstand the thermal and mechanical stresses compared to cast pistons. The skirt receives an anti-friction treatment to limit friction against the cylinder wall and promote even wear.

Piston Diameter: Ø 49.450 mm (Ø 49.45 mm)
Oversize: +0.50 (letter 050)
Material: Forged aluminum

Suitable for 2T and 4T engines intended for off-road competition, this piston is designed for cylinder preparations and refurbishments on oversized bore. Examples of applications: SUZUKI TS 80 X (1987), SUZUKI TS 80 ER (1983), SUZUKI RM 80 STD WHEELS 17/14 (1982) — please verify final compatibility with the bore diameter and the manufacturer's reference of your engine before installation.

Product aimed at demanding riders: robustness of forging, treated skirt finish, and complete installation kit for a smooth restart of the cylinder group.
