DNA air filter

High-tech air filter, replaces original filter in place of new one and placed in the air box. Extreme filtration for maximum power.

DNA uses a special 100% natural cotton weft. This is woven in the same way as surgical gauze, thus enabling extreme filtration (98% airflow). The lattice used by DNA has been specially developed by its department , using marine-grade aluminum ». This material epoxy-coated to prevent oxidation, is renowned for its qualities of high tensile strength and elasticity to last in the time. The filter mesh is made up of 4 layers of woven cotton sandwiched between 2 wire meshes. The filtration zone is optimized to its maximum surface area, allowing a high flow rate to pass through maximum uniform airflow. Another essential element for ensuring filtration quality: oil. It has been specifically developed by DNA to ensure perfect retention of even the most minute impurities small (up to 5 microns) without affecting air flow (98% optimization on DNA filters). For a perfect fit and DNA uses "Polyurethane Elastomer" for maximum service life (known as PU) as a material for the frame of its filters.
