• Three-layer foam construction: a first airy layer to capture dust, sand, and large debris.
• Second denser layer that limits the passage of fine particles while promoting airflow to the engine.
• Third flame-retardant layer allowing, depending on the installation, the removal of the original anti-backfire screen if necessary.
• Glue specifically formulated for Twin Air: solvent and gasoline resistant, for durable cohesion of the foam elements.
• Slightly reduced dimensions compared to the original element to increase the usable volume of the airbox and optimize airflow.
• Breathable gasket designed to maximize the contact surface with the housing body and limit unwanted air leaks.
• Gluing of the foam envelopes done to prevent dust from settling between the layers.
