Fly presents its FORMULA CC SOLID children's cross-country helmet

Product details :

Materials

Braided composite hull composed of carbon fibre, DuPont™ Kevlar® and fibreglass, producing a lightweight hull with superior puncture resistance.
EPS Conehead® technology offers a more flexible shell, where the cones help to manage or absorb the force of an impact more effectively. Six critical zones have been defined for a progressive response to low and high-speed impacts.
Expanded volume EPS means that strategic areas of the helmet have more shock-absorbing EPS, more suspension between your head and the ground.
The EPP (expanded polypropylene) chin pad creates an additional element of impact attenuation and is used in the chin pad for its increased resistance to damage and energy absorption properties.

ECE / DOT approved
RHEON impact energy cells maximise the absorption of linear and rotational impacts at low speeds, reducing the forces transmitted to the brain.
The Clavicle Shell Relief Zone creates a soft zone filled with EPS and EPP to help reduce clavicle injuries.

Custom-molded rubber trim with integrated nose guard
Lightweight customised visor screw and stainless steel D-rings
The comfort lining and quick-release cheek pads are made from washable, anti-microbial, moisture-wicking material.
True Functional Ventilation (TFV): when the helmet is in motion, air passes through multiple air intake ports, then through double ventilation channels in the EPS and exits through multiple exhaust ports at the rear.
