Axel Joost''s automatic daytime running lights switch between low beam and daytime running lights via a brightness sensor.

This electronic load relay has 2 outputs, each of which can be loaded with 60 watts. The module switches between low beam and daytime running lights via a brightness sensor. Sensitivity can be set to 60 brightness levels and permanently stored. The changeover time from daytime to low beam is set to less than 0.5 seconds to ensure safety when entering tunnels. The switching time from low beam to daytime running light is set to approx. 3 seconds to be unaffected by stray light from other road users, or street lamps for example. In terms of size, this automatic relay fits directly into any lamp or almost any steel handlebar.
