FAST FOR ITS TECHNIQUE AND PERFORMANCE
Spring preload can be adjusted using the hydraulic preload system, which can be activated by hand or with a 14mm Allen key. Suitable for all dampers with hydraulic preload designed for BMW, the small three-lobed handwheel's ergonomic shape makes it easier to adjust without the use of impractical tools. Also available as a spare part, it can be fitted to all XXF-CLU-CYU and XZE hydraulic preloaders produced from 2009 to the present day.
The compensation chamber is separate from the body for improved fluid cooling and greater freedom of positioning.
It is connected by a flexible tube made of coated metal braid designed for very high pressures, to improve the shock absorber's response by increasing grip and comfort.
TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS Pressurised with nitrogen, with a floating oil/gas separation piston in a compensation chamber. Ø16mm piston rod with anti-friction treatment and low-friction guide bearings. Upper and lower fastening heads in aeronautical aluminium alloy, produced using precision CNC machines.
