Features

CE-certified Level 2 chest and back protectors are mounted on highly perforated 3D mesh for superior airflow and breathability.
The side wings are independent of the main semi-rigid outer shell of the stone guard to ensure a fully adaptive fit.
The CE-certified Level 2 back protector is a composite structure and features a central semi-rigid thermoplastic zone on a Nucleon PLASMA back protector for greater dispersion of impact force in a critical area.
The protectors feature an adaptive adjustment system that follows the body's contours perfectly, giving you freedom of movement and optimum comfort.
Nucleon PLASMA is a viscoelastic material made from bio-based polymers and shaped to form a structure that is flexible in all directions, while retaining the ability to dissipate impact energy. Lightweight and perfectly ventilated, this knee protector disperses and absorbs impact force while providing maximum coverage in all riding positions.

Materials

The A-5 PLASMA stoneguard features chest and back protection shells made from Nucleon PLASMA composites and semi-rigid thermoplastics that are designed to be lightweight, breathable, comfortable, adaptive and protective while offering superior ventilation.
Made from impact-absorbing USDA-certified bio-sourced and sustainable material.
Equipped with adjustable shoulder and side straps for optimum fit.
Removable, soft-touch shoulder padding, thermoformed for greater rider comfort.
The Nucleon PLASMA chest and back protector liners maintain the integral structure of the protectors and reduce the risk of the fabric tearing.
Nucleon PLASMA protectors are ribbed for better air circulation and to reduce the amount of material in contact with the skin.
The perforated 3D mesh structure also offers extra protection against tyre spray.
Compatibility of Bionic Neck Support with BNS shoulder pull tabs.
