In order to comply with road safety standards, it is essential to observe the installation rules for lighting, light-signalling devices and number plates described in European directives 2009/67/EC and 2009/62/EC.

It is advisable to check the inclination of the license plate before fitting, and if necessary, bend the metal plate support to maintain the correct inclination (do not bend the metal support when it is inserted in the ABS part) (part supplied with some wheel arches and plate supports).

French law requires all two-wheeled vehicles to have an approved rear reflector.
