I have a return in progress

You have sent your return and would like information about it?

Once your return has been sent, it will reach us within 6 to 8 working days (if it was sent via Mondial Relay from France, Belgium or Luxembourg).
If you have returned your product by your own means, the time may vary.
As soon as it arrives at our premises, an e-mail will be sent to you.
We will then proceed with your choice: exchange, credit note or refund.

You have chosen an exchange.
If the chosen product is in stock, it will be dispatched as soon as your return package has been registered with us.
If the chosen product is not in stock, it will be shipped on the date indicated in your return request.

You have chosen a credit note.
Your credit equivalent to the value of your product (discount and/or promotional code deducted) will be credited to your personal space, as soon as your return package has been registered with us. You will be notified by e-mail.
The credit will then be available in your personal space, and you will be able to use it at the payment stage of your next order. The credit note will be valid for 3 years, can be used several times and can be combined with our promotional offers.

You have chosen a refund.
The refund equivalent to the value of your product (discount and/or promotional code deducted) will be entered as soon as your return package is registered with us.
It will be entered on your original payment method. Once entered, it will be visible within 72 working hours, depending on bank processing times.
If you paid by check, a check will be sent to the billing address of the order.
If you paid by bank transfer, we will ask you to send us your IBAN/BIC.

If you have paid in 3 instalments without charge, the refund will be deducted from the unpaid instalments. If everything has been debited, the refund will be made directly to your bank account.
