To make a return, it's very simple: go toyour customer account , under "Returns & After-Sales Service".
Then simply select the product(s) you wish to return.
Once you've done this, you have 3 options:
- An exchange
- A credit note
- A refund
For new items with a defect on receipt, the return request must be made within 30 days of receipt. Otherwise, an after-sales opening will be made on the product when it is received at our premises.
For residents of France, Belgium or Luxembourg:
A Mondial Relay return slip should be printed out and stuck to your parcel.
Please note that commercial packaging is not suitable for transporting goods.
Once you've dropped off your parcel at a Mondial Relay point, you don't need to do a thing. Motoblouz takes care of the rest.
The parcel will reach us within 6 to 8 working days, and we will then be able to proceed with your request (exchange, credit note or refund).
If you have several parcels to return, it is necessary to have a different return slip for each parcel, and therefore to make a separate return request for each of your parcels.
If you wish to use a single returns slip, you will need to group your products together in a single package.
For residents of other countries :
As the return is at your expense, you can send your product by the carrier of your choice.
Once it has arrived at our premises, we will proceed with your request: exchange, credit note or refund.
You must specify on the customs document that it is a return of goods, otherwise customs duties and taxes will be charged upon receipt of the package at our premises.
