To begin with, all you have to do is open your after-sales service request directly from your customer account , in the "Returns & After-Sales Service" section.
Once you've filled in the form and added the photographs showing the defect, all you have to do is validate your request.
Our after-sales service will contact you within 48 working hours, to give you the procedure for taking charge of your product.
The usual processing time is 4 weeks, once we have received your product.
Repairs are always preferred by the manufacturer, but if this is not possible, a motorcycle advisor will come back to you to offer an alternative solution.
